PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
- Reservations must be made at least two (2) days prior to tour.
- Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to tour to receive full refund.
- All tours will operate regardless of weather. (rain or sunshine)
- There will be NO REFUND for no shows or late disembarkment
- Meeting time varies according to the arrival and departure time of each ship. Meeting time will be sent to you in your confirmation voucher.
- For hotel customers pickup times will be sent in your tour confirmation
email.
- We WILL refund if the ship itinerary changes or cases where the ship does
not dock.
- A 20% deposit is required on confirmation of reservation.
- PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a deposit.
Deposits can be made by credit/debit cards, echeck or bank withdrawals.
- Reservations are confirmed on condition of availability of space
- Balance due on day of your tour
- Balance accepted in cash only
