Falmouth Overview and White Water Rafting
After leaving the port you will be taken on a short drive through the historic town of Falmouth then unto your White Water adventure . Your adventure begins with a short walk through the rain forest to meet your raft at the starting point. After some instructions from your guide, you and the rest of your co-captains board your raft and enter the fast flowing water. With your tour guide steering the raft from the rear, you use teamwork to paddle through the twists and turns of rushing white-water rapids. As you enter the deeper sections of the river, you can jump into the refreshing water for a chance to swim and admire the natural beauty of your surroundings. The river currents carry your raft over one final cascade as you pass under an old colonial stone bridge and head towards the Caribbean Sea where your ride will end. Once at sea your guide leads you to the private beach. Guests should consider their fitness level and medical history before planning participation in this tour. Due to the physical nature of this tour, guests with cardiac conditions, epilepsy, other heart or respiratory conditions, physical injuries, or any other medical condition are cautioned against participation in activities such as white water rafting. If there is a concern, guests should consult their physician before choosing any tours which require high levels of physical activity.
